Shipping, Discount Codes, Returns & Policies

 Filling of Orders & Payments
   Charges are not applied to your credit card until the time of shipment. At this time, we accept VISA and Mastercard. If something is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail right away.

 Shipping
   All shipping will be done via  USPS Ground Shipping within the domestic U.S. only.  International customers - please contact us for a shipping estimate prior to placing an order. A flat fee of $7.50 will be applied for USPS Ground Shipping.  Please call or e-mail us if you wish to have your order shipped by another means. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. We like to recycle as much as possible and so we often reuse shipping boxes if they are clean and sturdy.

Taxes
  Orders shipped within the state of New York will be taxed 8 %.

Discount Codes
  If you have a discount /promo code, please enter it in the Special Instructions field at checkout. You will not see the discount reflected in your Total amount at that time but the discount will be applied before you are actually charged (as explained above, your card is not actually charged until we are ready to ship). An e-mail will be sent out to you advising you of the correct order amount. We apologize for this inconvenience - we're trying to get our software to handle promo codes the normal way. 

 Return Policy (for on-line purchases) 
   We are happy to accept returns on all purchases with the exception of sale items within 2 weeks from the day that the package is received. ( **Note - we do make exceptions for footwear or clothing that is on sale if the item didn't fit and we do not have a different size that would work). Please contact the store prior to returning an item in order to get a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without one. Please let us know at that time if you are requesting a refund or exchange. 
   Items must be returned in original packaging with original tags attached. Shoes may only be tried on indoors with socks. Any returned items which appear to have been used/worn will not be accepted for refund. A full refund or exchange will only be granted on unused items.
   The customer will be responsible for all initial shipping fees, unless the wrong item has been sent. We will ship the first exchange at no additional cost - subsequent exchanges will be charged to the customer.

 Sizing
  Please contact us with any questions regarding sizing. We are working on getting size charts available but there are so many variations on sizes between brands and sometimes even within the same brand. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about a product.
